A few helpful answers for your next green purchase.
How do I choose the right plant?
Consider natural light, available space and how often you can water. Read the plant description and contact support for help choosing a suitable plant.
Will my plant look exactly like the photograph?
Live plants vary naturally in size, shape, leaf count and colour. Check the product description for what is included, especially whether a decorative pot is part of the order.
Where do you deliver and what does shipping cost?
Check checkout for delivery availability and charges. Contact support to confirm postcode serviceability and an estimated arrival date before ordering if these are not shown.
How can I check my order?
Use My Account to view available order information. You can also contact support with your order number and the email used at checkout.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Take clear photos of the item and packaging and contact support promptly. Keep the packaging and read the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page before sending anything back.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact support promptly. Availability depends on fulfilment status and whether the order is customised. Wait for confirmation of any change or cancellation.
Do you offer gifting and bulk orders?
Explore Gifting and Corporate Gifting, then contact Ugvan to confirm quantities, packaging, availability, delivery dates and the applicable order conditions.
How do I care for a plant after delivery?
Unpack carefully, check the care guidance for the species and let the plant adjust to its new space. Water according to the plant’s needs and the moisture in its potting mix.
